I don't think they all have "Men" in the industry to help them any more than the guys in the business have "Women" in the industry to work with them... unless someone's running a purely gay business, that is.
And what in the ehll would anyone want to do housecleaning for? Housekeepers and yard guys have to eat too, you know.
