Getting forms signed after you are done is not a smart move at all.
#1 the reason you get model releases signed BEFORE filming is to ensure that everyone is 18+.
Waiting until they are "done" having fun could lead to cp charges if anyone involved happens to be a minor.
I am currently interviewing models for a future project of my own and I have specifically told models that I will not even discuss anything with them unless they bring 2 forms of id to prove who they are and what age they are.

I really can't say anymore regarding model releases...I'm not a lawyer and don't even pretend I understand all the complexities involving usc 2557...but this horrible business practice in both the legal and financial sense.
Not only are you risking jail time, but possible lawsuits as well as spending time setting up a shoot and paying for models and then you can't even use the end product because it had to be "discarded."

This last statement I kinda figured it MIGHT be a joke...however if you read it in the context of the whole paragraph that it was written in I have questions...serious questions that it may be.
And I guarantee you any judge or jury would as well.

After reading all of Asthma's statements I doubt very seriously you guys are following the advice of your attornies.
