I'm not a lawyer or anything, but your actions (terminating license, not this thread), are going to have a ripple effect among webmasters. You're effectively killing off a program and hence stopping new joins from occuring, thereby ending a webmasters income from this specific sponsor. Although I do agree if a script is put in place that could manipulate earnings, something needs to be done but either way I would expect this sponsor to fire back at MPA.
