Interesting. Do you know this to be legal fact?
If I owned a hardware store (the building) but someone else owned the hardware and I sold the building, I could not sell the contents of the building.
He has a site (building), but probably does not own the content for the site (building), someone else does, so how could it be that he can sell the site (building) along with the content.
I am not really arguing your contention, just want to know if you are speaking fact.
