Ive been around for 8 years and up until 5 months ago was doing 50 siogn ups per day with an ad budget of $2k pr month an donly a few affiliates. Averaged 10k hits a day.
Now, since my content has changed to all amateur teen (visa, mc rules made me take down my old stuff) - my traffic has slowed to 4-5k per day and about 10-15 sign ups per day.
Im looking to boost traffic, boost affiliates (only have a few good ones) and advertising as well. Once i do this my goal is 25-30 per day and its very possible. Easily.

Good luck, 100 per day is gonna be tough but not impossible.
