Actually, I have a future release of TGPDevil that does that. I have sold it to a couple of sites but it's strictly a custom script for now. It doesn't ask for an upload on submission, but will take a look at the gallery and randomly choose a thumbnail, download it to a directory and display it on the main page with a link to the gallery from which it came.
