It could be only one of two content photographers the cops are after in Bangkok (that are well known and big enough for them to give a shit...).
It is either Brad Koerner (American) from asianxxxcontent.com or Nigel from asianstreetmeat.com (who is British).
My gut feeling is that it is Brad, since they are looking for a Yank and he has not been seen for a while. The cops have been after him for years and he has had severtal close calls. Looks like it could be the end of the line for this poor guy...
Like they say, if you play with fire and take the risk, sooner or latyer you will get burned.
