This is a little bit embarrasing because I work for money and from my point of view 1st and 15th of the month it's a very clear date.
Once, maybe twice times delay in payments is acceptable..but now it seems it's a standard behaviour.

Relax Bro, with the recent Merger with Playboy we are changing some of the internal processes of paying affiliates. Our staff has worked overtime to implement an on time payment structure that fits all the needs of our webmasters. We are very close to completion.
Epassporte payouts have been paid and if you have any particular problem you may
email me or ICQ and I will have answer for you asap.
Now, wires are available now, but there is a minumum payout, email me and we can discuss this on a case to case basis.
