Why would anyone NOT want webmasters promoting? They're just cheating themselves out of more $. Specially if some of the girls are bigger names. Or would bigger names not need any kind of webmaster promotion????  |
some stars/models don't need affiliates. end of story. don't lose a contract by trying to convince them they need affiliates. after the site's done, if they crave more traffic (and they will), pitch the idea to them again. we run into roadblocks like this both in mainstream & adult for one of our projects. some of them care less about the extra revenue and fear or don't want the management nightmare.
in fact some of them do not even want a "pay site", they just want to offer an annual "fan club" type thing for $15-$50 bucks a year (includes signed 8x10, personal note, etc).
