I thought they had to stabilize you no matter what. In fact I have to ask my Dad now to find out, he works in insurance deals with Docs and Hospitals. If she fell during a shot the company that hired her is liable thats why its important to have insurance if you shoot especially location shit. I assume it was a big company so they must have it. At her level I doubt she works for small time operators.
