my point was probably poorly stated. If I had made bank on her and some extra floating around. why not help if it meets your image of yourself? She was cautious or correctly insured. Yep, and there would not have been an ask for charity if she did not have a problem. Some people like the idea of "taking care of their own". I am one of those people. I think it creates a positive image for our industry.
