It is none of our concern. I wish my mom was so active being in ICU a few years ago, and I wish that my husband was too after his surgery (a few weeks ago). My husband could care less about making phone calls or receiving them a couple of days after, he was more concern about the pain he was in and if he could walk.
Being an avid horse rider years ago, I believe the story of how she got hurt has some flaws. There is no way a horse gets spooked to falls backward unless they can go foward. Horses run when in fear; their brain is a size of a chicken.
Anyways, sounds like she is getting better
