The customer may have home, office & leisure. If a party decides to show his friend your site while visiting that friends residence & his account is terminated for password abuse, you may loose that customer. Screw dynamic ip users
If you have eliminated theft you can afford to lose dynamic ip users..
So if the guy has an office and "leisure" he has to phone a 1-800 number if he changes ip and enter his cc# to lockdown his i.p. You right , people wont like it , but if most adult companies used this method , they have no choice
