That is definitly Interesting. I'm not sure I'd call them scammers though, as much as I'd call them "high maintanance". Any one sponser that pushes that many rules on an affiliate, shouldn't have an affiliate program. Changes for legal reasons (such as teen) are ok.. However, if you are marketing via SEO, you should have the ability to market it in a way that will collect the most traffic for you, and in essence for them.
