First off, he didn't offer me 'free content'. Who wouldn't want that? He offered me a FREE cookie cutter site.
As far as me authorizing him on my ICQ, you have to be joking. I receive authorization requests and authorize them, every day. I don't think you should use that as a lame excuse for your boy to do what he did.
I think you should train your marketers better. Sexhound.net was doing the exact thing you guys are doing and it turned out to be a mistake. They just pissed off the wrong people.
Personally, I'm not really that upset about this whole thing. I simply wanted to point out what was going on to other webmasters.
