I think Net Rodent is right.. A patent more or less says that nobody can design the same product. In that you are simply using the product shouldn't fall under any patent laws.
I'm sure there are patents on hard drives.. that doesn't mean you can't use the drive without paying fees to the patent holder.
Further.. you aren't streaming anything.. the subscriber is. He is the one that uses the software that receives the streams. All you are doing is providing movie files on your site.
I'd contact them and ask them specifically to inform you as to what patent laws you are in violation of, with clear references.
