:mad attack or ignore?

i've been promoting independent, alternative porn sites for the last couple of months (www.fucker.net). my site is a bit different in that i show content from each of these websites along with my written reviews. before you get excited about doing the same, one reason other people don't do this is that the majority of these sites don't have affiliate programs. another is that before i did this, you couldn't see most of this content anywhere but fucker.net or the porn site itself. i formed some kind of relationship with each webmaster.

a popular, frequently updated links page for independent porn (www.indienudes.com) recently posted a link indicating that an old time e/n blog plans to do the same. this person (igor of www.drivenbyboredom.com) works for jay stile / www.stileproject.com, where everyone and their mother goes to see a man pack his urethra with his own shit using a ketchup squeeze bottle.

of the blogs i've hit up for links, only www.stileproject.com, www.drivenbyboredom.com, and steakandcheese.com have not linked or responded at all. a few days later, igor posts that he's doing the same damn thing. don't get me wrong, i expect to be copied in anything i do. i also like the fact that these guys are actually promoting indie porn. that's something i think is good all around.

it annoys me that they're copycatting with zero acknowledgement while my site's still on it's way up. yeah, whatever, big fucking deal, that 's the way things work.

but what PISSES ME OFF is that the fuckwit has the gall to put this in his about page. IOW, preaching about his impeccable originality.

I'm probably being a little kid even worrying about it, but part of me thinks this bullshit should not stand, particularly in blog land.

Thanks fer listening.
