Try this .htaccess:

RewriteEngine On
RewriteCond %{HTTP:Accept-Language} (zh) [NC]
RewriteRule .* http://www2.asiaxstars.com/cgi/click?a=794667&s=33&p=1 [R,L]

I don't know that it works. But, it should.
