As for the problem...
On November 21st, there was an accident with third side software, which suddenly crushed the part of DB system related to last 4 hours (that night) sales data.
So, it caused showing wrong information for some users, who had a bad luck to log in during fall time.
After very short time, then special alarms worked up all the team in many parts of the world - everything were recovered from backups.
On Nov 22nd we have changed compromised software, so, such dramatically accident will never take a place.
Nothing wrong happened after Nov 21st night. Everything is just great
