Hi,
Problem is what our software is not fully adapted for sudden and undocumented changes in third side data, we grab.
Some months ago almost the same fault happened when billing changed data stamp format in sales we grab and upload into our DB.
Such problems will be solved in a very nearest time, because we do change parts of our software at this moment
Anyway, with any glitch - no one can loose any sales, because data is always back upped. And if fault - double merged with biling. Everyone who claims via official way, gets full report about his personal data, and always stays satisfied.
