I've been looking for a while and have had a lot of management companies flake out / not be able to deliver yet.

It's getting down to crunch time and I'd like to get it locked up.

4 + bedroom, 2500+ sq ft, less than 10 minutes drive from venetian, owners fine with hosting an event (80+ people) in the house.
