Sounds like a few agencies are starting to break through and hopefully that will weed out all those fake worthless sites that make it hard for anyone wanting to deal with any sites like ours and try finding talent themselves rather then deal with all the hassles.

I started my agency strictly because I was tired from the models side of it dealing with crappy agencies. I decided forget it I'll start my own. It will be small and won't make any money probably but it will be ran like it should be. Hopefully it stays as good to clients as the models cause I make it real easy for the girls and go way out of my way to help them get into the business. I don't charge some huge finders fee just a small percentage fee and after the shoot and everything went smooth. I know girls flake out and it shouldn't be at the photographers expense. So I trust the photographers that they will pay me a small amount after things went good and hopefully it keeps them coming back.

I am glad to see so many decent suggestions for companies here cause like I said I am pretty small and when I get requests for girls I don't have I will definately know who to recomend now.

If anyone has any questions for hiring any of the girls I have feel free to contact me. I have access to lots of great girls mostly brand new fresh faces but not the big name in the industry to put tons of money in promoting and advertising.
