not blaming the sites for the most part though I do have some issues with them - it's the pinhead 'models'. i've had girls i have great work for - shooting for me and others - but total flakes - i have no idea why they even bother putting their profiles on these sites.
what the sites should do is set up a flagging system for producers on each profile - if a girl fails to respond to an ad or worse books a job and flakes the producer can flag her - if the girl accumulates a certain number of flags then dump her profile - but i doubt most of these sites would do that because the more girls they appear to have the better the chance somebody will subscribe.
i'm cancelling all of the ones I'm on for now except for OMP - if i see a promising girl it is worth the money to subscribe and see if she'll respond.

Mutt I agree with you there, and that is why I welcome emails all the time from employers and talent.
We are even thinking of placing a page for feed back from both talent and employers for the reasons you stated, girls being flaky or so called producers who book girls and dont pay.
We are trying to make our site the best for people in the adult industry and that is why I say we do not take kindly to fakes and we do not allow more then ONE profile per person.
I am hoping to have that page up soon so I can start posting some of the great emails i do get and also I appericate a heads up on any flakes which I will email myself and if I get no answer from them then they are off the site.
I do not want anyone wasting each others time.
