well it is was allready gone since saturday, i kinda freaked out and the support procedure changed around a bit, there will be no more personalised messenger support only when i or one of the other guys invite you over at one off the messengers to look at yuor prob.
Best way to get support now is post on the board. We do have like 4 guys running around there now (including me) and i think the support is really picking up big time since the changes ;)
