Yes -- since that incident with Amateur Beaver -- that is my rule also. I saw the same thing to other webmasters -- and now I am lucky to have friends that I trust with traffic. BUT -- sometimes this is not an option. Are you going to miss out on the latest hot converting site just because you haven't established a personal relationship with the owner?

But you know what, I don't care. I'll walk up to ANY sponsors and say hi and be cool with them. And I "expect" them to talk back and treat me as if I'm there BIGGEST affiliate. Well the ones that are really cool and down to earth will get a bit of my 15% play around traffic. The ones that act like big shots and are snub loose out.

LOL I totally agree. When I went to the ScoresCash booth I exchanged a few words with Tara -- then some dick from their company comes by with a pile of promo flyers and shoves them in my chest and says, "try that." It was pretty rude and Tara even told the guy, "He already sends us traffic..." LOL Then I meet The Dawg -- the guy doesn't even know who I am -- takes me out in a limo and gets me VIP lap dances and drinks... Where am I going to send my ebony traffic now? Not ScoresCash "EbonyColors" -- it's going to SNYCASH.COM

Fly while at the Show you really should have went up to "someone" from Shaw Internet and mentioned your past problem. If anything just to see what kind of reaction you get. Do they come off sincere or snub you? Cause u know darn well when u were there u had your problem in the back of your mind :-)))) cause u NEVER forget when a sponsor doesn't pay, lol :-)

Yes true -- but like I said before... I already got a hardcore snub two years ago -- and AGAIN last year by Tonda and Brad Shaw on GFY (do a search for the many threads). I have no desire to do future business with them anyway -- so why bother?

Well I'm rambling away, lol. Point is if u do this full time, go to as many shows as you can and meet your sponsors. Your bottom line will enjoy it :-)

I agree. But it's not so simple -- your big sponsors will smile and grin like you are the shit -- but that won't stop them from turning on the shave-o-matic... I know that for a fact.
Maybe I should ask to exchange son's... :p
