Thats the key ... you can't look at food as a reward or stress relief. You gotta keep it simple ... its just food, something your body needs.
Look at so many americans ... going out and having huge dinners all the time. And we wonder why there are so man overweight people in the USA. All those dinners are cooked with fats, oils and butter. Why do you think its so good. People need to start making more of an effort to having friends over for dinner and cooking a healthy meal.
