The long and the short of it would be simple, FUCK SG. I realize this is an adult webmasters complaint site, however, the issue of how that site treats people like shit came up and I feel like a walking testimonial to that, having been their top-rated model at one point, and now one of their largest dissenters.

I would like to say that instead of maligning Deviant Nation, who would have launched by late Spring of 2003, if SG hadn?t been legally lynching them since then, and who would probably love to have a good working relationship with y'all... that you should realize, you think YOU got fucked over by them NOFX, or anyone else? Try being in court for YEARS cos of Suicide Girls and false charges, it?s AWESOME...

I've seen my name on their case files. And I didn't get some modelling shit end of the stick, thanks. I got sued for bogus copyright infringement for attempting to create a site (Deviant Nation) with 3 other people, one of whom is still pursuing this, despite now being taken to FEDERAL court on a BULLSHIT criminal case. Nice, eh? How could we commit infringement on something that wasn?t launched yet, btw? Right?

They've got their Cease & Desist letters ready to go.

Last I heard, ViviQ didn't even like the fucking site. She?s under pressure from the owners, primarily one.

Their attorney, Paul Loving, might be in trouble for an ethics violation, with all of those frivolous lawsuits.

And they DO know they are a porn site, but since have branded themselves as something else, it's hard for them to confess, mainly because their model and member base comes from the people who don't want to be involved with porn. Why they took it upon themselves to create an affiliates program is beyond me, except, sigh, their profits are down, having taken a beating when their models left due to mistreatment (something I've never heard about from either Amelia's or Killsh0t's sites, and I am privy to what your models say when you are not around on private boards, you know you two can rest easy), don't support that shit. Spread the word!

They've been talking about selling the site to a big porn conglomerate since 2002. Once they do, they won't use you anymore, and you won't have to deal with those psychopaths either. They really ARE just out to scam ya if you realize they are trying to sell... and that they're hurting for cash... even with all the free promo they get from their models and members, who do it thinking they are NOT part of a pr0n site. A few models have gone and conned their parents into memberships. It's amazing how good they are at brainwashing, seriously. If the models and members KNEW that they WERE part of a typical porn site that had contrived the market angling they had through this kind of branding, doubt they'd get the free promo out of them... they spin lies to make people feel they are part of some big community, when SG hates their community as much as any other part of the site except the part that goes ca-ching.

Plus, nothing says love like a lawsuit. Be careful with these fuckers. They're slippery. If you get jacked for money, btw, you can still usually get a CC chargeback and you can always call the BBB, who seems to be getting a good deal of complaints these days... try it, you might like it.
