Echinacea, Zinc, Vitamin C (up to 5000 mgs per day), Tylenol Flu and plenty of liquids.. Something with Electrolites... gatorade or other sports drinks are good...
Good Ol Chicken Noodle soup works wonders.. as I doubt your whitebread
ass will pull yourself up at a steamy bowl of Menudo... but if you got the Latin pallet and can handle Menudo... it does wonders...
