im on a very strict sleeping schedule:
in bed by 11pm, up by 8am, 7 days a week.
i've suffered through MONTHS of insomnia this year, to the point where I was driving my friends, family and my boyfriend away. (i would snap on all of them, daily.) and i dont wanna get hooked on drugs like ambien or something. so, i have to re-wire my sleeping pattern.
