Nocostporn seems to be missing another point Fletch. All this shit about 'smoking in public, a kid could walk by and get a hit'. More evidence of his ignorance about Marijuana. Walking by and sniffing it on the air does not affect you the way taking a proper hit does. Its like getting a whiff of a cigarette or pipe. You smell the smell but you aren't taking a fucking huge lungful.
Then there is the thing about 'everyone' smoking in public. Take Amsterdam, most people smoke either in the cafes or at home. The percentage of people wandering around idly smoking a joint is small. Just 'cause they can doesn't mean they would.
