See, there's the difference, I look at most "Content Providers" as different than "Photographers".

(WARNING! IMPENDING RANT!)

Now don't take offense guys, I don't mean to slight anyone at all here, but it seems that a certain percentage of content providers are only interested in cranking out pictures with little or no regard to artistic license or creativity at all, they just snap and snap and snap until they get their quota and yell "Next!" Kind of like the guys in High School that made sure to have 500 words in their essays with no regard for what was IN it...

I'm not up on some high horse here and I don't mean to cast aspersions at my contemporaries but FUCK does it irritate me to look at what could have been a beautiful set of pictures get shot to shit because the shooter either doesn't have the proper equipment or simply doesn't give a damn. There is no excuse for poor quality pictures. If you can afford to pay a model you can afford to rent some lights! Quantity does NOT equal quality and yes, these fly-by-night-funsaver shooters really are fucking it up for those of us who take the art of Photography seriously! But then that's just me, I could be wrong... (Apologies to Dennis Miller)
On the flip side.....I have clients who tell me that they want the content ot look even more amateur than it already does. I have had them get upset because the lighting is not shitty enough.

Not everybody wants studio lighting...That is why I am here.....and doing quite well.
