You missed. The Spain and Netherlands End User Charge can't be in UK Pounds. It's in EURO.
And Belgium rates are available as well according to volume (SMS messages per month)
If you have a really big website or webmaster program, these rates are subject to change (READ: more money).
Feel free to ask me anything on ICQ: 159325637

Here are my new rates:
UK End User Charge Inc. VAT: £1:50
(£1.00 £1.20 also possible)
Spain End User Charge Inc. VAT: ?1.04
Netherlands End User Charge Inc. VAT: ?1.10

UK Webmaster Payout
Vodafone : £0.69
BTCellnet (O2) : £0.69
One to One (T-Mobile) : £0.56
Orange : £0.55

Spain Webmaster Payout
Telefonica Moviles Movistar : ?0.42
Amena : ?0.31
Airtel Movil (Vodafone) : ?0.26

Netherlands Webmaster Payout
KPN Telecom : ?0.38
Ben : ?0.37
Libertel : ?0.21

At the moment ? and $ are almost equal. Today it's $0.99 for ?1. Tomorrow it can be the other way around.
