You claim to have extensive knowlege of iBill in past thread and now in this post. How many "new webmasters" are signing up every day and what exactly are the "crazy rates they charge at iBill"?
Get back to work - quit claiming you are in any way a webmaster, - and tell your office colleages they need to find jobs where they can have some dignity.
