We use National Net, and we haven't had any problems. Nat Net rocks.
We did have a problem a few months ago where a handful of people were suddenly having problems seeing our sites. Luckily one of the persons having problems was a computer junkie. We found out that some upstream provider somewhere in the US wasn't able to connect surfers to Nat Net. Nat Net's support team was able to figure out the problem and fixed it.
