Many sponsors have hosted thumbs of only online models, like
AWEmpire,
WebcamCash and
NastyDollars to name a few, problem is they all have different sizes and design/text around the thumbs and you can't really mix them all together, best you can have is one sponsor per row or column of thumbs.
