No it isn't... try Ronnie Reagan in DC... the landing gear gets to start its rolling as it rubs across the top of the Washington Monument.

He's been in and out of there a few times. But watch the cab and streets, they have a habit of circling blocks to run up the meter if they can get away with it. lol
