In the past seo guys had it more easy, they used to say pay 1000$ and you will get a top 10 spot or your money back. Things became more difficult and now they are forced to refer to their older successes from the past. You can't force things, take your time, read about it, understand the engines and their rules and you get far in time.
Last week I found out that google punished my site because my title had 106 characters and you need to stay under 80, I fixed it and get much better results. I spent 4 hours reading seo stuff and learned a ton, I also learned that you must be very carefull with who you pick to do your seo work because they can mess up things for you big time.
Tricking google is a no no, whatever works now google will catch up and punish you for it in the future. Just do the correct thing and you will be fine with the SEO.
jojojo nothing wrong with advertising your stuff here i think but your resume doesn't impress me, I have been impressed by seo jobs from people on these boards like the one for sunporno.com, that one is just neat
