As long as you own the cartoons or have the ? holders permission he can not get you for those. His English and grammar are extremely poor so i suspect he is not an American. His threats of legal action are in themselves illegal unless he follows through, its a sort of extortion / blackmail. Good Luck and well done on your Google ranking.
