Yeah, that happens with world cinema where it is released in its home country in one year and to the rest of the world in another. It was actual on British tv a couple weeks ago and I got the chance to see it.
The actor that played Hitler did really well but isn't in as much of the film as you would think. The woman that played the wife of Joseph Goebbels got me the most. Not the least reason because of a scene that involves the death of her kids..one of the most haunting scenes I have seen in any film ever.
