It's like pulling teeth to get an account.
And I'm Sorry But Keysor Soze you don't appear to be much help.
We are now on our second trouble ticket and we don't even have an account yet!!!
Make a long story short because my banks are in another country. I tripped their security protocols.
They required documentation and identification sent in to verify we are who we claim to be. Fine... DID IT 4 TIMES!!!
After a month later and several promises from Keysor about having people look into it. (And this is really all he can do. **Sorry honey it's the truth**)
We finally get an email saying our account is set up.
But guess what???!!!
It's not set up!!!! And they now want us to register a NEW ACCOUNT!!
And we now have a NEW TROUBLE TICKET TOO!!!

You know what...
You either have:
1) Too many employees. But I find that hard to believe because I'm always on hold for a minimum of 30mins.
2) Not enough employees!
3) Have too many people using drugs!
4) Are poorly managed and set up. <<<<<<---- Most likely
You have to get your crap in order.
Any business is bound to have it's share of disatisfied clients.
We have them and I'm certain we do at least a similar amount of business. But pissed off customers are the exception for us.... And trust me we are located in a country reknowed for it's bureaucracy and lazy unionized workforce.
It's obvious the people on the phone can't help or do anything useful. All they do is take your name and issue a trouble ticket!!
So Keysor how about you...
Just give everyone the phone number of the person that can cut through all this crap and fix our problems!
