I'm not against you personally because you have always been polite and as helpful as you can. So please don't think I'm trying to attack you.
But we are NOT calling Toronto, again, just to talk to yet ANOTHER sales representative!
I want the phone number to a person that can say "Yes right away. There your account is open! If you have any more problems, call me."
I do NOT want another representative saying,
"I'm sorry but you trouble ticket number is...."

Don't take this the wrong way.
But on the Interenet and especially with the adult biz. There are some seriously "petty and immature" people.
Sooner or later Epassporte is going to piss off some 18 year-old webmaster and then suddenly find yourself being D.O.S. attacked to hell.
And it won't just take Epassporte down, but also screw up everything for everyone that uses them.
You have to tell your boss to take this stuff seriously.
