Zadeh doesn't have to own the copyrights in order for him to make claims that he is being hurt by people misappropriating copywritten images, as he sees it. He had a judge who believed him for a while, back when he was suing Adultcheck, Cyberage, CCbill, and so on.
I think the train kinda slowed down about the time him and TCG went at it.
