I've never been a huge marijuana smoker but it made my life 100% better going through all my treatments. For instance after my first chemo treatment I puked for at least 3 days straight, about every hour. My doctor gave me multiple prescriptions for the nausea etc, nothing worked. After that I decided I'd go get a few nugs and smoke myself retarded for my next treatment. Worked like a charm. Don't get me wrong, I was still sick as hell but nowhere near the level I was during my first chemo. I think that it is really fucked that people have to go through chemo and might be to old to find weed, or just because their doctor can't prescribe it they have to suffer more. There?s something out there that can make these peoples lives more livable and less painful but the government won?t let them have it. That?s messed up. On a brighter note, im 100% cancer free and in remission, yay.
