OK,

I have an epassporte account! Finally!!

So I'm going to sum up our experience with the Good, Bad and Ugly aspects and events!

The Good:
Keysor, Processing Princess, Lynda and Sean.

These people are professional and genuinely want to solve any problem that comes along. They are working hard and willing to go that extra mile. When you have a problem, I recommend talking to one of them.

Sean literally sat, with my husband, on the phone for over 2 hours and trouble shot the problem in a step by step fashion. Although I had several people ask me if I felt safe trusting my money with a company that was causing me this much grief. When you deal with someone that will devote that much time to fixing your concerns. You can't help but feel safe.

Let me just make it clear and explicit...
Because I did deal with professionals. I trust them and look forward to doing business with them in the future. I'm now a Happy Camper!!

The Bad:
The problem occured for us when we tried to sign up with our credit card. We live in europe but our bank accounts are over 9,000 miles away. Our cards would be declined due to location and security procedures.

I can only assume that this is not a common occurance as the average employee wasn't certain what the problem was or how to fix it. When something like this occurs with Epassporte I think the only way to fix it is to talk to someone with a measure of authority.

The Ugly:

Getting to a person on the phone with authority. Had I not gone after Epassporte so ruthlessly, I'm not certain we would have ever gotten this matter taken care of.

So I guess that means if you want something done. You are going to have to make a little bit of noise.
