Time to bash IBill? I'm here.
How about customer support? It took us nearly two days to get IBill to set up a new site for us.
Our rep? Not once has he returned my emails or my phone calls. Not once.
Now they aren't paying us our 900 sales because Worldcom went belly up. I have a contract with IBill - Not Worldcom - and it's not my problem. IBill owes us tens of thousands of dollars. I'm paid on commission; This came out of my pocket.
