You can't run a program by doing something half assed then waiting 3 weeks and doing nothing and complaining. Then being retaught, helped again, then doing nothing and waiting 3 weeks and complaining again. And again and agan. This wasn't my own expereince but also the same exact thing Gonzo told me (he was working with you on that project). We did refund you quite a lot of the money we paid you even tho we felt we shoudln't as everytime you asked we attempted to help you. Believe it or not it takes a bit of effort on your end to get things done also.

1. Gonzo had the design done. Thats it. We wanted to put together a nice program together, but due to the Nats issues that didn't work out. As far as I know Gonzo never even did your training. I know he's happly running Nats now, and I wish him all the luck in his projects. He's a good guy and I won't sit hear and try to pass blame on him, he was not a part of the actual system.
2.I'm sure that I'm the only person that has had questions and problems in the beginning of learning a new script.
3. Ya, I was complaining, how long did we have that issue with the billing? how many emails where sent about it, 2 weeks worth, and it took him all of about 2 minutes to fix, course he NEVER told me what we had done wrong in the first place and acted like he was bothered to even talk to me. At that point, yes, I was a little pissed off. It was only after I threatened to just dump the whole project that I finally got and answer in the firstr place.
4. I'm not going to sit here and get into a pissing match with you over this. I took your training, installed your script and had it to the point where it was running in test mode with 3 proccessors, had it been for a little help with some simple finishing touches we would most likely be using it today. But as history shows this was not the case. I think you just had to many other programs being installed at one time to provide the type of support we should have gotten with a script of this size.
5. will I try again? Yes most likely, I never quit due to one failure. I will try with MP3.
