This is true ...when i was a kid I lived in a few shit areas .. and i recall the women across the street having that ...she would have a red lamp in the window ..when she was available it would be on and guys would stop .. then she would shut it off ... her kids had a green one and sold drugs and shit .. they would put it on when shop was open
