thats a copy, 1000s are made, sold on ebay for over 1k, worth approx 50 bucks, the poses of the cats are always the same, they paint 2-3 different kittens in 1 pose and move them around depending on the frame size, done in china, companies who work for masterart copiers do this aside. So its a 1k ripoff.
You gotta be careful buying something like that.
