Naming their company isn't going to get you sued. Saying something that is a lie that does proveable dammage to them somehow is grounds for a lawsuit, but not merely saying their name. So out with it. If he/they don't like it they can come and defend themselves.

My company makes, among other things, adult glass pipes - naturally, I wanted to reach the primary market for my product, so I've advertised on several adult sites, and finally decided to chunk out the big bucks for an ad on their website, and in the October issue.
The fucker asked for this pipe:
so he could photograph it for a story in the magazine, as what I'm selling is, in a word, innovative.
So I shipped it out, a signed contract, and a phat check, and here I sit...damn, my ass is sore, and not from sitting!
