What I was thinking when he said "How many of you could move half that an inch?" was that anyone who does a minimal amount of hiking or a fair amount of walking can do 550 easy. Shit, my first time in a gym I was doing 550 lb squats and those aren't so easy. And the calf is one of the strongest muscles in many of us I am sure. Especially those that are overweight and can't afford a car... you don't see those folks riding a bicycle haha.
